Individual Profiles

An individual assessment includes an Individual Profile Report and an Individual Development Plan. The profile provides a deeper understanding of where you are developmentally in your intercultural competence. The plan provides a framework to help you determine and achieve your own intercultural development.

Assessment Fee

Username & Password: $23 — This fee provides an individual with a username and password for the Intercultural Development Inventory.

Individual Debrief

45-60 Minute Debrief: Starting at $100 — Individual debriefs are performed by a member of our team who is a Qualified Administrator of the IDI. A debrief helps you understand the results of your Individual Profile and learn how to use the Individual Development Plan.*

* You will not receive your Individual Profile report or your Individual Development Plan unless you are debriefed by a Qualified Administrator.

Individual Coaching

Personalized coaching can be a great help in developing your cultural intelligence. If you are interested in talking to a member of our team about coaching please contact us.

Group Profiles

Organizations can use the IDI for staff training and/or development. A Group Profile Report shows how your organization functions when dealing with cultural differences and commonalities.

Depending on the size of the organization group profiles can be customized by teams.

Administration Fee

Groups 1-20 people: $100
Groups of 21-40 people: $150
Groups of 41+ people: Contact for pricing

This fee allows a Qualified Administrator to create a group-specific assessment for your organization.

Assessment Fee

Username & Password for Non-Profits: $23 (per person) — This fee provides each individual in your group with a username and password for the Intercultural Development Inventory.

Username & Password for Educational Institutions: $18 (per person) — This fee provides each individual in your group with a username and password for the Intercultural Development Inventory.

Group Training/Debrief

Half Day Training/Debrief: Starting at $750
Full Day Training/Debrief*: Starting at $1,500

A training/debrief includes the following:

  • A biblical-theological introduction to cultural intelligence

  • An explanation of cultural intelligence as a concept.

  • An introduction to the IDI as an instrument to measure your cultural intelligence.

  • A customized group debrief for your organization.

*For larger teams, a full day training/debrief may be necessary. For smaller teams, a full day training/debrief allows for more dynamic interaction with your team.
